Donations made to True Masters Xaviers Foundation (TMXF) are generally non-refundable, as they are used to support charitable and welfare activities. However, in case of any genuine error such as duplicate payment or incorrect transaction amount, refund requests may be considered. Requests for cancellation or refund must be made in writing within a reasonable time period, along with valid proof of transaction. Refunds, if approved, will be processed through the original mode of payment within a reasonable timeframe. TMXF reserves the right to accept or reject refund requests based on the nature of the transaction and applicable laws.
